Robin, I have a question...

Hope all is well with you and Bob in L.A. filming for The Real L Word. Things are going pretty well here in SB except for a lingering health issue with the little girl I caregive for. Ever since she woke up on Sunday (at her father's farm) she has been ill. Vomitting at first then for these past few days, listless, lethargic and in a weird trance.
She is either emotionally upset, like a delayed reaction to her parents split last November or perhaps it's her physical body working out a little bug. I find it very strange, almost a different child. There is no joy inside. Hardly a smile. As if she has shut down. Her name is Solas and she is very lively, usually. So, I thought I'd try asking for your impression. Do you think she is under a spell? Like Sleeping Beauty?
I can send her Reiki today and Violet Flame prayer too. Thank you for all you do. k

I am not at all used to doing this, but my son went through something similar years ago and
I thought I'd pass on my impressions.
I think she may be close to seriously dehydrated. That can cause the symptoms you describe.
She could actually come close to passing out.
You may not be able to get her to drink enough at home, but it's worth a try. Anything she will
drink will help - and lots of it. Watch how often she is going to the bathroom. If it's not very
often, then she's still not getting enough fluids.

I just came on to say that the mom took her to see a ped. today. It is a virile thing and not to worry. Your input is very right on though and I appreciate it very much. She had to drink electrolytes and yes, she wasn't really actively drinking enough, like water. Usually she does drink lots of water. Also, I hear that the child is doing much better today, after a couple of good Reiki treatments too, and will be staying with her dad over the weekend.
Whew, I can't wait to see her get through this. She is a real live wire and we have so much fun together. She may also be processing the 'stuff' going on with the parents split. So, in time this should all work out.
