Dear Kristina,
 
Anniversary dates of the death of a loved one is so hard. So first and foremost, deep compassion to you.
 
I sat with what you asked for quite awhile. I feel that what you heard is your sister Rhonda telling you that she would be ascending and going home soon. As I type this She enters into my body and creates a smile on my face. She wants you to know that she beholds you with much love. She is kissing the tears off your cheeks. She also is sending love to everyone. She is really happy that you made the connection with me so she can telepathically be PRESENT in this way. She says she doesn't miss being in a body. She says being out of your body, being out of pain, is way under-rated. She says she is still being a Mother Hen to you all, only this time it is in a way that doesn't hurt her body.
 
She says she knew all of you in past lives. The soul connection was very strong. She says that you witnessed her dyng many times. You used to tell each other that you would meet again. She says up until now it was only a dream. Now it is for sure real.
 
She says that the energies in the Reiki Healing Soul Spa help to create a telepathic cord between the 2 of you. She says this is very helpful for both of you. She particularly likes the New Moon Twin Ray Pink Ray Reiki Healing meditations.
 
She says she doesn't want to take  up anymore of my time. She says that the reason why my body has hurt like hell all day is because she was trying to come through me to talk with you! She says she knows now to speak Higher Self to Higher Self and not use my body.
 
She has a lot more to say to you. When you are meditating open to her, Higher Self to Higher Self, particularly on the New Moon. She says ascension and "going home" means waking up to your soul's desire and wisdom. It does not mean that she is leaving. She supposes that in some cases that would be the result, but in this case, her case, she is here to stay only better at it.
 
Now she is showing me turkey. It looks like a Thanksgiving Dinner.

My honest feeling is that you might want to do a funeral ceremony for Puff Kitty. I see the spirit is purring and twirling around your leg. Do you still have toys and food dishes around? I think I see them.
 
Perhaps it is time to say good-bye to the physical form of your dear friend.
 
I am sooo sorry. Loosing a loved pet family member is as hard as loosing a human family member when you love them soul-fully.

I orginally was told by Spirit to post this prayer for one of the Mystic Radio with Reiki Master Robin Alexis callers on today's show. As I read your post I could see you desperately need this prayer too. As I type this I will dedicate it's intention to your Higher Self. If you can print this prayer out or write it down so that you can use it daily. Also, are you still in college and with your boyfriend? What happened to your job?  Use this prayer to invoke wellness in all areas of your life. Let the Universe know you are willing to receive.
 
"By Divine Decree, in the name of Mother/Father God, I invoke the Sacred Violet Flame to transmute in this moment every thought, link, alliance, connection or allegiance to any negative Being, energy or object that I have made, knowingly or unknowingly, in the Universe, where this ins not in accordance with the Highest Source of All Creation and the Divine Plan for Earth."
 
Redfern and anyone using this prayer; You must say this prayer 3 times each time you say it. After you say 3 times say,
 
"It is Done, And So It Is. Amen."
