Uncomfortable
Uncomfortable Feeling

Hi Robin,
I am feeling uncomfortable & my normal response is to take action when I feel this, but I don't know if this is a pattern I've developed or inspiration. For example: In my past I would make a career change & recently other possibilities which would require a move to the north end came up, but I am not quite certain if I should remain as I am or look towards a change. I am trying to check in & notice what is intuition and what isn't. What is alignment and what is ego. So I am turning to you to determine what my feelings are until I have better developed this for myself

Dear Kawehi,
You mention you feel uncomfortable. Ask yourself,
"Is this my energy or someone else's?"
If you hear it is someone else's I suggest you state this,
"Any energies that are making me feel uncomfortable that are not my own, I return to the Higher Selves of Whomever they belong to now."
Notice if that changes how you feel. If it doesn't state it again this way,
"Any energies that are making me feel uncomfortable that are not my own I give back to Source now."
If these techniques don't work with you I can suggest more clearing techniques posted in my forum topic "Raising Humanity Reguires Psychic Protection."
It is imperative that we all learn to discern what is our energies and what is someone else's energy. That is the first step in managing our own energy.
Next if the uncomfortable feeling remains after clarifying that it is your own, ask the uncomfortable energy if it is serving you some how. If it says no, ask it to change into an energy that is serving you. When you know that the remaining energy is serving you, ask it what it is telling you. Through this technique you can learn to learn how to read what your own energy is trying to tell you.
Please apply this technique and see if your intuition clears enough to know whether a move to the North End is divinely inspired action for you.

We know to buckle our seat belts to keep our bodies safe. We need to learn how to put a psychic protection helmet around our heads to protect our energy fields and be able to know, trust and act upon our own Knowing. Here is a forum to help you do this.

Your energy is really off balance. I am so sorry. I will send you Reiki right now. As your energy gets re-balanced, which is the priority to take precedence, then you will effortlessly know what is the next approach to keeping your balance.
Remember doing your best will change from day to day, depending on how you feel. You can accomplish so much. I know you that. I am really talking to myself when I said that!

Thank you for the reiki healing, between everything, I am starting to feel better.
I just got out of the divine right partnership meditation this evening. I'm kind of still working at being more together with the meditation, there are some scrambly edges with household still being ironed out. I keep at it, and I'm much farther from the 'end of the rope' at this time.

Thank you for letting me know Kassy. With your Higher Self's permission I am going to send Reiki to you all week. Next week when I post the After Show Discussion area please let me know how you are doing. I can see you need a lot of tender loving Reiki care so I volunteer to send it to you. I do hope you are leaving the Reiki Healing On Line Soul Spa portals on too.
I think for you I would recommend using the Violet Flame Portal and the Mary Magdalene Portal rotating one day on and one day off the two different portal energies.

Hi Robin,
I just got your message and I have turned the Violet Flame portal on, it is very powerful. Thank you for sending me reiki, I have been feeling better.
I'm not sure how long to keep the Violet Flame portal on for, in the past I just did it for a few minutes, as it was so powerful. I am more acclimated to the Mary Magdalene portal, and I will be drinking a lot of water and juices this week as well.
I will play it by ear, I do like having the reiki portal on that is connected to your higher self, the Orange portal. It seems to help integrate things, and has been a big help and a blessing (as well as the Mary Magdalene portal, more blessings). I trust that this is all right to do, as well, during the week's rotation of portals.
I will post next week in the after show discussion area, and maybe its because of the reiki you're sending me right now, but it seems my tolerance for the Violet Flame portal is higher than it was at an earlier time, even a couple of months ago or so.
