So what do you think of the new Pope? When I first saw him I felt that this
Pope is very loving one and he reminded me or looked like my uncle. I Love the name he gave himself it fits him perfectly! Pope Francis! I think my mom and grandma would love it! I sure wish I had bought the St. Francis crystal. That's ok it happened for a reason.

Hello, Robin & everyone! This is so Fun! Today is the first time I've opened Soul Spa since the last time I said HI... when WAS that?? So... the psychic Angel Guide of the Website led me right away and I was drawn to open THIS forum, which I had not opened before and... It has EXACTLY what I needed to see today!

"Coincidence"?? Here ya go!
* Today is MY birthday too. I'm still trying to comprehend where the heck that SIXTY YEARS went!! Feels like about half that much!

* We have a cat named "Hunter." She's an 11 yr. old calico and her name is perfect -- we almost Never see a mouse! And that's her job.

* And... when I was a kid, some friends called ME "Annie Oakley." Used to stand on the back of my rocking horse with my little toy rifle. And I've always had a natural right-on aim.

* So the quote from Annie Oakley, which I'd never seen before, is a PERFECT birthday present right now!!! EXACTLY what I need to hear! I think I'll print it out with a picture of "Annie" (the original one :) and post it on my mirror for awhile.

Thanks for a GREAT birthday present, Robin, Meg, and Universe!! OK, time to get out and have some FUN to celebrate! Maybe headed for one of our favorite activities: rock hounding in the vast open landscapes of northern Arizona on a beautiful Spring day!

* Oh, and about "ships"? Yeah, they've been around here again lately too :_)

When Bob brought our kitten home 10 days ago he told me that they Humane Society had named her Angie. I knew I didn't want that name to stick because it reminds me of "Angie's List". I am sure that is a good service but I didn't want my cat's name to remind me of it.

That very day my friend Susan called. She could feel I was excited about something and wanted to know what was going on the Alexis/Bordonaro home! I asked Susan to ask the kitten what she wanted to be called. Susan heard an answer. The kitten said she already had a name and that the name was Annie. She didn't like being called Angie because she didn't like the "g". When I hung up the phone with Susan I told my husband what she had said. Bob promptly said he wasn't going to call that cat Annie....

So, I immediately named her Ananda. It means harmony and bliss. Bob didn't like that name either. Then my friend Martha started calling her Miss Ananda. I really liked that name too. Bob said he wasn't going to call his kitten Miss Ananda or Ananda. So we spent about 3 hours going through books of Goddess names, writing down names we both liked and even went on web sites for nice female cat names. Nothing. I continued to call her Miss Ananda.

Well, Saturday morning Ananda was really busy hunting a toy mouse. I said why don't we call her Hunter. Bob said maybe on that one....Then all of a sudden Ananda stopped and looked right into my eyes. I heard her speak for the first time. She said,

"I don't like the name Hunter but you can call me Annie Oakley."

I was so stunned at this quick communication. Bob and I looked up the name Annie Oakley. Then we got out her Humane Society papers. Even on the documents her name said she was Annie! She had known her name! Bob had mis-heard the name Angie! He got such a kick out of this whole experience Bob said,

"Well, I guess her name is Annie after all. If she wants Annie Oakley that is what I will call her."

So, Miss Ananda may be her soul name and maybe her personality according to her makes her "Annie Oakley". I will call her both names.

I just read your newsletter and found it to be very compelling! I too saw 5
perfectly synchronistic large round discs flying in a beautifully lit sunset
one evening, when I was in my early 20's. It was surreal and I felt at one with
their energy, with the Universe and with God. I also felt that I needed to
"protect" their mission, and not share it (at that time), so I just simply let
it BE. I was driving home from northern Arizona, and just approaching Phoenix
Arizona!

7 Moon Steps to Align with Higher Frequency

The first Moon lesson is in your breath. It is imperative that you remember the Cosmic Breath. Breathe in rhythm by the count that suits you. Inhale, hold, exhale, hold and repeat again in a system of timing that suits your body. You may find that the count changes as you change. Give all of these breaths on an event count –either two, four, six or eight – depending upon the length of time you can comfortably hold the breath; then as you progress, you can increase them. Never use these breaths without keeping your attention upon your “Mighty I Am Presence” and issuing some kind of Decree that has an even number of syllables or counts within it, such as:

“I AM the Breath of Cosmic Peace.”

So it is my understanding it is like a square of breathing; you breath in on a count, hold for a count, exhale for a count, hold your breath for a count, inhale for a count and so forth.

The second Moon lesson is in your relationship to your Higher Self. To begin this, please thank your Higher Self for re-charging your energy fields during your sleep at night. Upon awakening thank your Higher Self for nurturing you in this expedient manner of rejuvenation.

The third Moon lesson is in discernment. Many of you are not Christians because you don’t know what the word means. It simply means “to love”. Accept love.

The fourth Moon lesson is in self- esteem. You have been taught by limitation for so many lifetimes that you have forgotten to hold your core energy frequencies in obedience to the Grand Marshall of your Destiny. Please re-configure your core energies to hold the Sustenance that you receive from your Higher Self.
