Robin Alexis's husband Bob Bordonaro wants to knows, "Why do people believe that their way is the only right way?"

Why do people believe that their way is the only right way? Wouldn’t the world be a better place if people were allowed to believe what they wanted to without judgment? Doesn’t the bible say we are not to judge? I have studied the great religions of the world and they all have one common thread. They all talk about helping people to lead better lives and they all look up to a higher power. Great spiritual minds from all over the world have said that there are many paths to the top of the mountain, and no one path is the only way.

The concept of a mortal human being able to speak to those who have crossed over, is a relatively newly accepted concept, and that is why it is stirring people so. It is a challenge to people’s belief systems. The world we live in today has been brought to us by new ideas. New ideas were all originally met with skeptics: Government by the people and for the people; motorized automobiles; the airplane; the fax machine; wireless telephones; the internet and electronic mail (email). How about the original explorers of the Olympic Peninsula in the United States of America? People were skeptical about those original explorers too. The world we have today, and the world we will live in tomorrow is all a result of new ideas.

How about the skeptics that nailed Jesus to the cross? How about the skeptics that said a Black man couldn’t be president?

People might want to examine their beliefs. You believe that Jesus walked on water and that he rose from the dead. Why? Because someone of authority , a minister, teacher or your parents taught you so. How many of you actually saw Jesus walk on water or rise from the dead? But you BELIEVE IT!

I have watched Robin Alexis assist hundreds of people to heal, both mentally and physically, in the ten years I have known her.

We have to accept new ideas and new ways of doing things to move forward in our evolution. The government is broken and the only way we are going to fix the situation is to come up with new ideas. Our spiritual institutions are broken, just look at what is going on in the Catholic Religion. Years and years of abuse by people we were supposed to look up to.

Robin Alexis, and what she brings to the table, are new ideas for people to think about. It is just a new way of doing something. That is why there is so much resistance to her.

Examine your beliefs and maybe you will find your happiness and your way of being in a new way of thinking.

Open your mind and you just might find the peace you are looking for.
