A friend of mine by the name of Barbara Vitale sent me this e-mail message below, real facts about health-care reform. I have received many e-mails about this, as I am certain you have too. None of them checked out. None! The anger over this issue is being fanned by flames coming out of Russ Limbaugh’s mouth about “Nazism,” claims of “evil” from Sarah Palin, and exaggerations from medical lobbies and labor unions, that make me almost ashamed to call myself an American. We want solutions, not name calling. I am not interested in your politics. I am interested in a plan of health-care reform that works. The bill we have before us isn’t quite there. It’s more of a bandaid than reform, but it’s a start.
I have had what Barbara sent me investigated. Everything checks out and with high praise from investigators. For this reason, I am passing this information on. Do with it as you like, but leave me out of any step you take. We must each take this up with our own Congress-people and in civil town-hall discussions. Thank you. PMH

Interested in "following the money" ? Facts are revealed over at Open Secrets about $1.6 billion on lobbying money thrown by doctors, hospitals and pharma at Washington, and following up some items by, Dr. Dean Ornish:
. . .Just in case you are one of those people who doesn't believe that the health care system isn't broken, that it isn't in need of serious reform, that it should "just be left alone". Well, how does the figure $1.2 trillion sound. Nope, it's not the projected cost. It's the amount of money that current health care system wastes every year. The system we have right now. Are you willing to settle for that? Money magazine lists the top six ways that $1.2 trillion gets wasted every year:
• $210 billion in overtesting, unnecessary testing, and unneeded testing
• $210 billion in processing claims alone
• $110 billion dollars wasted by us, the people, by ignoring doctors orders and then winding up having to use the ER when it gets as bad as he/she warned us it would be - $17 billion a year in medical errors, "oops" and clerical errors

I'm going to ask this of you for the next 30 days. Turn your TV off, turn your radio off. Start to use that beautiful mind that your Creator gave you, that your underpaid, underappreciated High School teachers tried to develop. If you hear something, if you read something, if someone sends you an e-mail that says "this bill will do this", or "this politician says this", I'm asking you to check it out. Check it out this way, use some of the following fact-based sites, who exist solely for the purpose of data and fact-checking.
If whatever you've heard or read concerns a bill in Congress, use the following:
- Open Congress, it's non-partisan and devoted to a complete tracking of every bill in Congress, both houses. How a bill is developed, who is sponsoring it, what the riders are, what the discussion around it is.
- GovTrack, again non-partisan, non-commercial and open source; devoted to the same things, tracking Congress.
- Open Secrets, one of the most important ones, it tracks the lobbying money and campaign contributions flowing to your congressperson, and most of the time is a pretty good predictor of how they'll vote.
- Political Party Time, non-partisan, devoted to solely tracking political fundraisers, and letting you know exactly what parties your Representative and Senators are throwing for fundraisers and who is attending and how much money they're throwing at them to gain influence.
. . .If someone sends something to you saying "this is so" or "that is so" or "the President/Senator/Representative said this" use the following:
- Fact Check, non-partisan, designed to separate fact from bullshit and fiction
- Snopes, devoted to the same thing.

I want you to know that I am
I want you to know that I am not a confrontational person and I will do most anything to avoid it but when I posted under this forum I felt as if I was spewing and hissing. Disregard the health care bill because there are some parts that I really like and some I don’t but my spewing has nothing to do with that. Because this is so unlike me, I’ve been asking myself what is it that’s making me feel this way. Is there something about myself that I see in this political administration and I need to transmute that? I don’t think so but maybe I’m missing seeing that, so I was guided to keep the Myth Buster portal open and I’ve given it over to Source. Something happened to me as a result and I emailed Robin about it. She suggested I share the information with the Soul Spa family and I will but I am hesitant about it. Even though this is on a smaller level than Robin channeling Michael Jackson, it is still surreal and now I know why she hesitated going public. The following is the email I sent to her with only my personal comments removed which had nothing to do with this:
“I didn't feel that I could email this to you yesterday but today feels different for some reason so here goes:
I think I told you this part but anyway I've been leaving the Myth Buster portal on and I've been asking Mary M. to please show me the truth about the president and all the hoopla associated with him. While watching TV (which is where I do my best meditations) I clairvoyantly went to the White House and walked in on the president while he was in a meeting. I think I mentioned the hate coming from his eyes? This was directed at me although now I'm not so sure it was hatred so much as intensity. Anyway I backed out of the room but later during the meditation he came to me. He was mocking me and saying things that I now can't remember but the intent behind it was egotistical. (In retrospect I now understand the mocking was to keep me focused on him otherwise I would have just blown it off as my imagination.) He stayed with me for most of the day. Late in the afternoon he told me to turn on the TV to a particular channel and on that program they were discussing him. It was a group of regular people who live in Florida. Long story short, the end result of their conversation was change starts at home and with the individual and that each person needs to go back to the way it used to be - back to God, back to being neighborly, back to family values, back to less material things...
When I asked the president why he was showing me this, his Higher Self said that's the reason he's here. He said he chose to come on to the Earth this time to awaken the people to their core values which include returning to God. He said people have become so dependent upon the Government and less dependent upon God. He said by turning the Government toward Socialism, he knew before coming here that they would up-rise and rethink their value system at least that's what he's counting on. He went on to tell me (after me asking) that he has surrounded himself with dark entities (his cabinet, etc.) so that the public will know exactly who they are. So he's a light worker disguising himself as a dark entity? Oh yeah, I was told that on a conscious level he is not aware of what he is doing or he would not be able to complete his mission (for lack of a better word).
The conversation went on further but that's the gist of it.
I just wanted your opinion on what he had to say to me. I did remember to ask if it was in my highest and best interest this time.

That’s the email I sent to Robin. Since then the president’s Higher Self has been looking in at me from time to time but I have told him I want to step aside from this. I’m willing to channel him but unless I am truly compelled, I want to keep the channeling private. Like I said I don’t like being confrontational and I especially don’t want to be on this website.

This is sooo wild!!! thanks for sharing this. I get really fired up over this stuff and then after venting about it go back to focusing on myself, my family, bringing in abundance, seeing past the illusions etc. Its for sure challenging. One thing I havent been able to get over is how OBVIOUS the issues are that are playing out right now (health care, foreclosures, bailouts, etc).
It makes sense now after hearing your experience that if Obama wasnt somehow able to trigger and as you described, take on, this dark energy, it wouldnt be in our faces to recognize it. Hearing this makes me feel very relieved. I mean really if we think about it, the very issue of abortion and rights for gays and lesbians has been such a heated issue..Ive always thought that no matter what a person feels regarding abortion, or gay marriage, such religious debates should not be determined by the courts. I dont know about you but I feel that the breakdown of society started when parents began leaving it up to teachers to morally educate their chiildren and citizens gave their power away to the courts to "punish" the "wrong-doers". I agree as you point out, that once we bring our focus back to ourselves and our connection with the Divine, that the "moral" dilemmas will cease to exist because we are all making choices based on our Higher selves. I respect your decision to keep this type of info under wraps but should you be guided to go any further with this I will be excited to hear about it!

I'm writing to you on a great day for America.
This morning, I gathered with members of Congress, my administration, and hardworking volunteers from every part of the country to sign comprehensive health care reform into law. Thanks to the immeasurable efforts of so many, the dream of reform is now a reality.
The bill I just signed puts Americans in charge of our own health care by enacting three key changes:
It establishes the toughest patient protections in history.
It guarantees all Americans affordable health insurance options, extending coverage to 32 million who are currently uninsured.
And it reduces the cost of care -- cutting over 1 trillion dollars from the federal deficit over the next two decades.
To ensure a successful, stable transition, many of these changes will phase into full effect over the next several years.
But for millions of Americans, many of the benefits of reform will begin this year -- some even taking effect this afternoon. Here are just a few examples:
Small businesses will receive significant tax cuts, this year, to help them afford health coverage for all their employees.
Seniors will receive a rebate to reduce drug costs not yet covered under Medicare.
Young people will be allowed coverage under their parents' plan until the age of 26.
Early retirees will receive help to reduce premium costs.
Children will be protected against discrimination on the basis of medical history.
Uninsured Americans with pre-existing conditions can join a special high-risk pool to get the coverage they need, starting in just 90 days.
Insured Americans will be protected from seeing their insurance revoked when they get sick, or facing restrictive annual limits on the care they receive.
All Americans will benefit from significant new investments to train primary care doctors, nurses, and public health professionals, and the creation of state-level consumer assistance programs to help all patients understand and defend our new rights.
As I've said many times, and as I know to be true, this astounding victory could not have been achieved without your tireless efforts.
So as we celebrate this great day, I want to invite you to add your name where it belongs: alongside mine as a co-signer of this historic legislation. What do I think? Are you sure you want me to respond to this? Probably not but here's what I think after scanning the present administration:
First of all health care reform is necessary and secondly some of what is in this bill is really good but that's as far as I'll go and I will never and I mean never put my name or my energies behind such a corrupt, lying, manipulating administration as we presently have. Right now there are over 3 million people who are responding to the fact that this president has surrounded himself with known communistic people, some who tout marxism, and some who are out and out thugs, all of whom have absolutely no respect for the Constitution or the Ten Commandments or that each human is on this Earth for their own specific reasons and by taking from the wealthier to distribute to the poor is ridiculous. We choose what financial station we will be in when we decide to come to Earth in order to learn and grow just as we choose what color skin we will have and what country we will live in. Americans are extremely generous and giving whether they do so with money, their God given talents or their time. When you take from the wealthy and just give to the poor what incentive does that give the wealthy to work? What incentive does that give the poor to work? This president, and his entourage, are adept at illusions and are pulling the guilt routine over on the the American people - or at least they were. If one continues to take from the very people who provide jobs or taxes the pants off them, well how are these people going to be competitive in the business market? If they can not be competitive then unfortunately they can not hire employees and then what? More government dependency.
I have never been a political person and have never really cared until the real Barack Obama showed his hand. I am not hateful, I am not angry but I am aware and I am aware that God is aware and this is His process. I get this and I get this is awakening humanity (not just Americans) and now is the time to turn to God if you have strayed away from Him for whatever reason. I believe this is all a part of the ascension process of people standing up for their God Given Rights not their Government Given Rights.

I find all decisions for me are based on the standpoint of peace
and health, and harmony that comes from a place within. I have been somewhat relieved on a spiritual level that the Obama Administration is on the side of the PEOPLE. That is those people who are willing to move forward. Change is here and so is hope that we can change as a nation. Get up and show how you can make a difference, wait a second longer for example for the aged person to cross to the other side while inside a crosswalk, and before some SUV driver comes barreling down, going way too fast and mows her down.
Love, love, love and no more donuts America! Get healthy, be harmonious with your brother. Show dignity within yourself and Angels will guard your passing. Now, I feel a little better, okay? Also place Reiki on our Government, right? Right! Thy will be done, k
P.S. Susan, yes I am counter pointing your view from what you posted earlier. Frankly, it sends a message that causes me to take pause a bit and let my blood chill. I want this country to stand up and show that we are not corrupt anymore. Pardon me if that sounded idealistic. "I am willing to receive".

That's awesome that you are counter pointing my view. What a wonderful gift we have in this Soul Spa family to be able to say whatever it is we think and to do so without judgement for in the long run you and I believe in the same things - love, love, love it's just how we get there that we differ. Getting there is a learning lesson for all of us and I'm learning on one path and you're learning on another but the end goal is truly the same. That's why I asked Mary Magdalene if I could use her portal to transmute and as you know she said yes and to start with the Federal Reserve.
So, like you, I am willing to receive even if I need to receive that I am wrong or even if I need to receive that I am right but I truly need to receive the Truth.

Susan, Yes, We Have Both Been Working Together
Your observations are spot on, and there was the use of the Violet Flame portal, again, to transmute fear into love. I've been in the very same place of keeping myself in balance no matter what is taken or given to me. It may mean listening more and learning how to cope with big government, but to me or the obvious is how am I treated by my fellow man/woman.
We share this common ground, and I appreciate my freedom to use my voice, computer, and ability to practice my spirituality and that makes me very happy and also awake.

Awakening Self Healing
For me, I have not signed anything yet. I don't understand the logistics. As the truth of what has been created is revealed in a way I can mentally wrap my head around I will formulate an opinion that is one with my Higher Self. Until that time, I choose to remember that my political voice is raising consciousness. I truly believe that the decision does not determine the outcome, the energy behind it does. IF the energy behind this bill is fear based, it will only generate more fear. Fear is stress that kills. If love is energy behind it, we all know unconditional love heals.
Even though so many people disagree, is the energy behind the disagreement an expression of love? If so, in the end the WELLCELL will prevail.
Senator Ted Kennedy just clairvoyantly appeared in my 3rd eye. He is grateful and love filled. He says that he could not be alive to see it pass because of his karma. He smiles from the BEYOND. It is done.
I feel so much that we all have the capacity to heal ourselves I long for the day that we remember how to be that.

This "Health Care Reform Bill" is only going to create more money for the insurance industry. Keep in mind that those with pre existing conditions will not get guaranteed coverage for a few more years. Mandating people to carry insurance through private corporations....more of the same. I havent heard anyone mention the cost of deductibles. So what, maybe insurance will be more accessible but it will not be more affordable. We need a single payer option. Though people want to point to Obama and call him a communist, which is ridiculous and feeds the flames of more of the same on washington, i suppose he had to start somewhere but lets keep in mind that ultimately it is up to Congress to pass the bills and where were the GOP members in coming up with a better plan other than riling up the "tea baggers" which, let me just say are all idiots who jump at whatever the media tells them to believe instead of picking up a history book or looking to real news sources. ...This is hysteria at its best right now. If we dont like Obama or the way Congress is handling the health care catastrophe...something that should be considered a civil right for all americans, write letters that are productive and be a a part of the solution. Sitting back and pointing fingers while playing the victim is exactly what has gotten us to the place we are right now. Nothing will change until we recognize this fact. .

a few more thoughts
In France everyone is covered at least to 60% of all medical costs including dental costs and eye care. When one is employed, he/she purchases complimentary insurance to cover the additional 40%. That includes glasses, greater coverage for more major dental work, emergency room visits etc. Let me point out that a standard Doctors visit is usually no more than 50 euro and that is on the high end. Before our complimentary health insurance went through, we paid 25 euro for our son to have a check up and then we were re-imbursed after the insurance was activated.
We had 2 vehicles insured, full health and dental coverage, eye care, and glasses coverage for the three of us plus pre-natal care and all prescriptions were 100% covered. Under this plan our insurance bill was just under 200 euro per month. AND THERE ARE NO DEDUCTIBLES. ..and you are earning money while you work that will go toward your retirement.
The thing about a socialized plan that everyone here seems so hysterical about..is that it works for the people. I read an editorial in a vt paper a while back that was opposed to a govt run program. The author of that editorial stated that if you go to france, you will see people dying in the streets. I had to laugh. I also laugh when people say that in a socialized country, people cannot get the proper tests and surgeries they need without waiting for months and months...again, its simply not true. The system there is people friendly. If you are sick, your doctor writes you a note and you are on sick leave, paid sick leave, until you are considered well. This benefit is included in the complimentary care. My husband broke 2 ribs at work and had 1 month off, paid. He had only been working there for 1 month.It wasnt a vacation though since under law you must be home every day during certain times of the day otherwise, if you get caught, you will not be paid. However, a doctor will give permission for you to be in the healthiest place where you will be best cared for.
Jobs require contracts between employee and employer. If you get hired, you have a 3 month trial period. After that 3 months you and your boss discuss whether you are a good match. Once you are contracted in, you and your employer follow the agreements worked out and you cannot get fired unless you have violated certain terms of the contract..you must have received written complaints and it must be a legal termination. Once you have a long term contract, you are eligible to take out loans to buy a car, etc. but only if you can prove that you have the job and income to pay it back. Banks are very strict.
People who are out of work get assistance with finding another job. They take their "resume" to the agency and the resume is kept on file. Whenever a job that suits the person comes up, the person is contacted and given the information of the perspective employer. This is how the govt ensures that people are actively looking for work, not just lining up in unemployment lines. How much you made at previous jobs determines how much you get for unemployment. If you are paying rent and have children, the govt pays a portion of your rent. They do this for all families. It is income based. Day care is also covered by the same program. We didnt use day care but our friends who have a little one paid 2 euro per hour for a private nanny. This ensures that all members of the society who wish to work, can afford to work and can therefore support the system that supports them.
So, why the hysteria in the US? Well, people are so plugged into fear these days that it clouds their judgement and ability to think for themselves. People are claiming that if there is a public option, the govt will be in control of everyone and soon we will be marching innocent people to their deaths (wait, we are already doing that) ...seriously..The point that is missed and its a HUGE one..is that right now, the people have no control over the govt. By demanding a public option, people are making the govt work for them..this is the way it should be. The insurance corporations are controlling the govt. The lobbyists are controlling the govt. They have influence over congress and senators..like it or not and as long as they keep making money off of legislation that mandates people purchasing insurance they will keep pulling the strings. So, I say, go ahead, keep Obama bashing..what does he care? He really did win over the american people by stealing the "yes we can" phrase from Bob the Builder..."can we fix it?, yes we can!" well, not if people are unable to see what is truly broken...we must rise above this 2 year old mentality.... we can no longer afford to be treated like lambs being led to the slaughter....so what if some of those lambs are carrying signs...

When I read your post about Ted Kennedy being love filled, I felt really hopeful. I also liked what you wrote about having the capacity to heal ourselves. So, guess what? My Reiki Manual arrived in the mail on Tuesday. I ordered it through the William Rand web site. I am really excited to brush up on this energetic gift of healing.
I have been working Reiki everyday now and am so grateful that you gave me an Attunement a couple of weeks ago. It has helped me feel more grounded and more confident too. I was speaking with Soul Spa member Todd Swenson yesterday afternoon. When I told him Ted Kennedy spoke telepathically through me he said,
"Ted always said he should have signed the health care bill into law that President Nixon would have allowed. It was a weak bill but it would have at least been a beginning of negotiating what would be good for the American people. He felt that if he had done that many more Americans would have had health insurance over the years. This troubled him."
Todd's comments made me understand even more why Tedd Kennedy came through teletpathically with his comments.

I went to mail your gift card then off to the beach. I sat and wrote near the shore watching the surf, and five white egrets were standing in the water. It was so beautiful and mystical. Later today, I was speaking with Marcie from the forum when five beautiful hawks were flying in circles over me ( I am usually in my garden talking on the phone). Pretty cool right? Marcie said that five means the Earth has completed its fifth revolution and we are going to be seeing more health, harmony, and peace from now on. What a great day! I have also pondered why
I have also pondered why some are willing to have our taxes pay to kill mothers, babies, children, men, animals, Earth herself for wars and profit margins but are fanatically opposed to our tax dollars paying for abortions. I am curious who are having the abortions? I suppose I could look that up. Is it poor unsupported women who don't want to be welfare mothers? Who? Where are the men with these women? Lately I have met a lot of men who did not want their partners to abort their babies. They had no reproductive rights in the matter. Why were they having unprotected sex with a woman that did not want to bear and mother their children?
Again, I have not researched this. I have just had these kinds of thoughts cross my mind.

Exposure, or Location, Movies, Documentaries, Film...
Parents need to be accountable when it comes to raising awareness with their young men and women. However, in my experience, I thought sex was being an adult. What? Pregnancy? Not me! How dumb! Teach your children well, your parent's hell. It is so easy to look down on a young woman and say that she was wrong to have unprotected sex. But please, it happens all of the time. We need to stop treating abortion like murder. Abortions w/young ladies would only give them another chance to go to school, and earn a living independently. Get real out there. This is an incredible time to deal with teen pregnancy and quit sweeping it under the rug. We see programs on TV, films, doc's and it's our blessed freedom here that is taken from us (men and women), if we don't wake up.
What are these women doing in third world countries with disease, aids, poverty and yet still having children. Can't we trust that a fetus is not a human being yet? It needs to be born first before it is a person. I am so sorry for offending anyone here but I cannot bear to see how these children become unwanted and neglected in our society any longer. I have a brain, and can think for myself, thank you very much. God forgives me anytime and anywhere. Please let go of your self righteous beliefs and remember the children. Choice is freedom. I'm done. Oh, how about Gay Marriages and I can see the irony in this one. Freedom is being reworded to sound more like sinful or ungodly.

I do apologize for my prior statement because after dinner, and the news, I think it of course is insensitive to people who are opposed to what I happen to hold as a truth. I am very sensitive to other people.
Please do not take what I say personally. I am in divine trust that what I wrote was not intended to judge, just open a huge floodgate where people suffer because no one will speak up for them.

I feel validated too. Finally, a genuine part of me has been set free to expound (is that a word?) on a vital issue; FREEDOM. I have people in my life who don't even believe in a God/Goddess or spiritual hereafter. They have always said it is a choice and especially when it is a karmic choice.
So, again, I am hoping that I haven't rocked anyone's boat. I feel in top form lately and appreciate your support. Yeah! It's wonderful to be accepted for BEing ME. I was just nudged on my shoulder by an Angel or Spirit Guide and they wanted me to snap out of this place of mind tripping that I'm no good.

P.S. A lady just appeared in my morning dream. She was showing me the "Lady Worm", the worm was a grassy green color with two bold yellow stripes down her sides. The worm's job was to enter the soil of the ground and weave itself in and out creating a structure out of mud. Well, the lady speaking to me said it was also the Lady Worm's job to eat her children. I asked her why was that and she just said because that is what whe does. She is a creator. I began to think that only a few of these Lady Worms exist because their mom's didn't eat them. Then I woke up, got nudged to pay attention now to the Myth Buster. All in a night's dream. Goddess Bless.

With Divine Will as your fallback position you may start any new exercise program, weight loss regime or any other group consciousness group intending to create wellness. Until you calibrate your will with Divine Will the energy behind your decision to create personal health care reform will be unsuccessful.

RAISING HUMANITY with health care for women's reproductive right
When the House health care bill passed last Saturday, it came at a big, big price.
Conservatives forced a dangerous anti-choice amendment to the bill. The "Stupak amendment" makes insurance coverage for abortion virtually unavailable for millions of women purchasing insurance plans through the newly created health insurance exchange, even if they're using their own money to buy coverage.1
This is a huge shift in U.S. policy. Senator Kristen Gillibrand notes it would "dramatically limit reproductive health care." Representative Dianne DeGette calls it "the biggest expansion of restrictions on a woman's right to choose...in my career."2
Anti-choice forces won in the House through late-night, back-room negotiations. Now we have to fight back and get the truth out there so Congress hears loud and clear that this is simply unacceptable—and that Americans are going to fight hard to keep this provision out of the final health care bill.

Stress reactions, which are often responses to harm, loss, threat, or challenges have numerous sources, one of which is the workplace. For individuals, work-related stress reactions can involve tension, anger, anxiety, depressed mood, mental fatigue, sleep disturbances, and can affect life expectancy. For the employer, work-related stressors can lead to employee job dissatisfaction, absenteeism, loss of productivity, burnout, turnover, and increased health care costs. Organizations that attempt to reduce worker stress reductions will incorporate stress management training and organizational interventions (Alford, Malouff, Osland 2005).
Researchers Alford, Malouff, and Osland sought to determine if emotional disclosure could be used as a method of coping with work stressors. Participants included 480 child protective services officers, 87% of which were women. The intervention group participants were asked to write about their stress reactions & emotions for 15-20 minutes a day for 3 consecutive days in a private journal. The control group members were not asked to perform any intervention activities. The study found that the child protective officers who journaled showed decreased psychological distress and increased job satisfaction. These findings support the notion that expressing one's own emotions in words tends to improve mental health status (Alford, Malouff, Osland 2005).

Dr. Andrew Weil opinion on health care
I just listened to Dr. Andrew Weil on the Larry King Live Show. I was so pleased to hear him speak the language that I speak. The one of prevention and personal accountability for our health. The best insurance policy for us as a country is for us as individuals to be educated on what are wise choices that we can make to appreciate and protect our health on a day to day basis. Why isn't that basic perspective included in the health care reform? As long as the energy behind the decision of health care reform is based on the economics of illness we will probably not see real long term change in the health of our nation. As long as our nation is not built on the strength of healthy individuals, we are vulnerable in ways that at present we cannot imagine. I believe, like Dr. Weil, that we need to use common sense to create personal and collective wellness. We need to support the economics of prevention techniques, health education and diagnostic technology. His example for this strategy is that in China when a peson is treated for cancer they receive herbs to help ease the stress on their body for coping with chemotherapy. Doctors and hospitals are financially compensated for both forms of treatments. Dr. Weil says that in our country a person is the very lucky person who has access to both.

HR 676 Bill
There is an alternative bill called HR 676 that Dennis Kucinich and John Conyers are trying to pass through congress. This bill is for a single-payer non profit insurance plan. If you google HR 676, you will find many sites in support of this bill as well, you will find and be able to read the entire HR 676 bill on line at HR676.org.
