Perhaps, the previously free level reiki healing portal could be offered at a reduced cost to help acquaint people with the concept and the experience, and they might want to then upgrade to the full soul spa at a later date.
I'm one who usually doesn't go for trial periods because I want to be pretty sure jumping into something in the first place. I don't want to deal with it again, unless I'm going to upgrade.
For me, when I am trying something new to me, my attitude is more likely to change from "I don't know" to "Why not?" when the initial cost is nominal, for what I'm working with. Then I feel more comfortable trying something, and seeing where it goes.
That being the case, in my instance, by the time I heard about the Mary Magdalene portal, I was enthused about making the jump to the next level, as I had started with the (previously) free reiki portal level.
The reason I am sharing this is to give one perspective of outside looking in; from inside looking in, the soul spa is wonderful! I am sending best wishes for business success, and I am deeply appreciative for the soul spa and very glad that it is here.

So here is where we were and here she commented!
We did make it to Festival of the River, but missed the Grand Entry with Freedom and other Sarvey Raptors. Swam in the Stilly though - the water was REALLY WARM!
What does the Soul Spa do for and mean to me?
The soul spa is sacred space, created by Robin and Bob, which I use as my outlet and connection to the divine. My soul spa family provide a totally safe and protected space where I can explore the path to God. Sometimes they are my guides, sometimes they provide the insight for me to be my own guide.
As Frannie said - it's a journey - we are on it together - we pick up these beautiful diamonds and precious stones along the way and here at the soul spa we can share them.
And now with the Course In Miracles - something I have been waiting for for over 20 years, and ACIM class that I can logistically attend. We are being served on a silver platter.
I am so grateful for this soul spa. I am going live from the forward back. Yesterday the trickster really tricked me out of something of great value - but I am going to bless it and send it on it's way and I know it will go forward of use to whomever it connects with - and will come back to me ten-fold. My life is full of abundance. This is the Unity offering blessing:
