I just thought since Robin would already be at the Seattle Center it would be convenient for her to have it there - but the idea is totally flexible. I thought I heard Robin was appearing at the Seattle Center on Sunday 11/15 about 1 pm - but I could be totally wrong on that too.
Anybody feel the energy building? It's almost as powerful as it was last week. I'm having to scratch my head because the energy is squeezing around it and there's a pulse and shiver in my feet.

A recent development of mine has been I enter a state of half-awake, half-asleep and in this state I go into a lucid dream where I control where I go and what I do. Typically what I do in this state is develop my ideas and play around with the possibilities of how they may turn out. However, in some cases when I enter this state after a while I will get a falling sensation and then wake up, after I wake up I cannot repeat this until a couple days have passed. I have an idea of the reason this happens, but was wondering what your input is on this... phenomena.
Karen - you didn't miss a meditation. Martha, aka Messenger Martha, has been receiving some awesome and informative messages and wants to incorporate them into tonight's meditation. I'll let her explain more but in a sense it's using not only your heart center but your womb as well.

I guess I missed a meditation last night??? Because I am work it's difficult to keep up on all the posts. Being new to this awakening of my potential, a lot that is said here goes right over my head. (The long posts are at times difficult to follow for me because I am a 'visual' person.) Sometimes I have no idea what some of you are talking about...lol. I have tho Martha sensed an awakening in my own life and maybe that is what you're referring to.

If you are looking for another wonderful shop to explore go to Gemstar Gemstone Company in Enfield, NH. They have lots of stones and merchandise outside and the small indoor shop is full of many crystals and beads. They pack so much merchandise in such a small space I have spend many hours in the shop exploring. The owner and his staff are very helpful.

Has anyone's stomach been getting extrememely big the past two weeks?
Really, it looks more bloated each day and I'm feel as if I can't get enough to eat. I'm not eating a lot -- just the usual -- but I'm so hungry.
I remember reading a while back and I think either Becki or Marcie mentioned the bloated stomachs a part of the ascension process. I also seem to recall an article about Buddha's belly, that it was his stomach filling up with spiritual light, and that's why it was so big.
I am grateful for Soul Spa member Dee for being the keeper of the forums. Without her organizational skills in keeping topics and forums where they belong so we can reference them at a later time, we'd blow out the SEARCH button the webmaster set up for us. So, thank you Dee, for all that you do.

Hey, Susan -- Your writing is always so descriptive. You're so good at painting a verbally visual picture! Just wanted to say that I really appreciated your story of meeting with Robin and her parents.
It's nice to have a tangible "real life" connecting point. Hopefully, one of these days I'll have that one on one chance to enjoy Robin in person too. Maybe when we all get together and descend on SEDONA! right? Yikes! Ha, ha! I was just reading yesterday about all the things that Robin and Bob got subjected to there this summer. Sheesh! Good thing they are so strong and Robin knows how to Shake It All Off!

My husband, Mike, has been having debilitating migraines which appear to start in his neck (left side) and work their way up into his head. Medical tests have been completed but no one has found anything yet. I have an opinion as to what it is but there is nothing medical to back that up.
Are you able to see the problem and what can possibly be done to eliminate it?

Part of the visualization for me is as I am placing thoughts - love - ideas - pain etc....into my own womb - I imagin myself in the Great Mother's womb at the same time. I don't have to do this on my own - I'm just bringing it into a gateway that I can trust from the 'bottom of my heart" OMG - the "bottom" of the heart.....what exactly is that....the womb perhaps! That's the direct pathway to the great mother - and every mother before us - who have carried the first heart beat of creation in our wombs for generations and generations - the one thing that connects all woman - and all life.....Gosh this is fun! That put a grin on my face! Too funny...however I know Messenger Martha is on to something here. Giventake and all the male Soul Spa members, if you visualize your heart space expanding from your shoulders to the tops of your legs and projecting that powerful love force out I think the enormity of that energy will do wonders. At least that's the image I keep receiving and for those who have trouble visualizing, you can always draw a picture of this even if it's a stick figure. Not sure if this resonates with any of you but the image has stuck with me since reading Martha's post. I also just heard that by doing this it is a rememberance from past female lifetimes. Worth a try, I guess.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time tonight trying to comprehend Martha’s revelation. I do mostly get it… I think. But also have this nagging feeling that I’m missing something, and not sure yet what it is… Maybe my brain cells just aren’t firing too well as 2:30 in the morning! I will give it more thought…
Partly it has to do with the Feminine principle being suppressed, ridiculed, invalidated and attacked for over 5,000 years. We have been living under the rule of the Masculine principle. Yes, I am trying to distinguish here that this dynamic is MORE than just Men over Women. Within ourselves, women have also valued all things masculine and belittled or denied most things feminine. So yes, it is the feminine that needs to be reclaimed and brought up to equal status with the masculine.
Women really must validate and value feminine energies, thoughts, behaviours within ourselves; not just try to “be like men.” Which is one thing feminists were so accused of for years.
However, in this society, it is still far more acceptable for women to behave like men, or with masculine qualities -- they can gain more status, money and respect for being able to play a man’s game in the business world.
What is still absolutely NOT acceptable is for men to demonstrate any feminine characteristics. They immediately run the dangerous risk of being ridiculed and accused of being “gay.” As if that is the most terrible insult that could be thrown at someone. And interestingly, it is really not the same sex attraction that is as much eschewed as it is being a “fairy,” or a “girl,” or anything that might have a feminine energy to it. Being feminine is by far the more terrible crime!
Yes, it is essential for Men to give Women respect and space to discover and embrace and express our own feminine qualities. But I find myself wondering: What is it men are to be Doing while we women are claiming and celebrating the feminine? This is the even harder part: What men need to Do is to be embracing AND EXPRESSING their OWN Feminine characteristics, not just relying on women to do it!
Wow, now That sounds Scary, right??? Watch out! Somebody will think you’re Gay! ha, ha! See how feared and avoided the feminine is? Even moreso for men than for women, reclaiming the feminine will take a great deal of courage.
